Orders
The JOUJOU Store processes orders within 24-72 hours. Customers should receive email confirmation of their order within that time frame. If a problem/error occurs with regard to your order, the JOUJOU Store will notify customers via email.

Shipping
Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekend. Any merchandise purchased after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you as an estimate only. We ship via the United States Postal Service for domestic and international orders. Transit times may vary, but generally domestic customers receive shipments within 5-10 business days. International customers may receive their items within 2-4 weeks. Customers will receive an email when their item ships. Please note that shipping times on custom orders will be extended because merchandise is made to order.

Returns
Products are packed VERY well for shipping. If for some reason your order arrives in damaged condition, please fill out the form below. In order to receive a replacement, the damaged item must be mailed back to The JOUJOU Store within 14 days of receipt. Additional shipping costs will be refunded via PayPal.

Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via the PayPal.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. If a customer chooses to pay via e-check during the PayPal check-out process, orders will not be processed until the payment clears. **JOUJOU Store prices are subject to change without notice**

Privacy
The JOUJOU Store is committed to protecting your privacy: any information given to us will be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We use a third-party payment gateway to process all financial transactions related to this site. Your credit card/bank account information is not shared with us. In the event that a customer provides sensitive personal/financial information with the JOUJOU Store or its affiliates, that information will not be shared with a third-party.
